A Birthright is a particular right of possession or privilege one has from birth. Your birthright deciphers your past; defines your present and envisions your future.

In this guided group setting, we will help to reclaim our birthright, identify barriers that keep us separate from our rights, and create pathways to empower full ownership of our birthright, as individuals and as a community.

In our community, adults and children alike, are faced with multiple hard realities such as systemic racism, policing, health inequities, complex trauma, and other struggles. Changing this reality seems difficult, if not impossible. That is why we formed this powerful community-led group, to turn the impossible into the possible and to reclaim our power and birthright.

The intention of this group will be driven by the group itself, but we hope to focus on these topics:

Discovery

Create a safe space for honest and crucial discovery - “What is our birthright?”

Identify Barriers

What keeps us from fully expressing our inherent rights?

Tools & Solutions

“What solutions and tactics can we put into place to make a real difference?”

Actionable Steps

What will we do to actualize our birthright in our community?

What to Expect:

Each month, the circle will be led by a GRAAHI staff member who will present information and teach needed skills from a place of health, wholeness, and strategy to help participants put into action the change they want to see in their communities and homes. This will be a truly empowering and transformative experience for GRAAHI, the participants, and our community, and we invite you to join us on this journey.

The first session will be held in March and will be an open invitation meet-and-greet to introduce the group and to use “vision boards” as fun and creative tools for discovery. Food and refreshments will be served. There is no cost. Space is limited and we will create a waitlist for future meetings, so please sign up now if you are interested.
